Lotus is going to release a record of Nürburgring

Company Lotus is going during next two years to release "the fastest road car" of the Northern loop of Nürburgring. This was announced by the head of the British brand Jean-Marc Jale. The manufacturer is planing to build a successor to the 2-Eleven Speedster track, presented in 2007. The novelty will have completely different design and more powerful engine. Extreme sport car, the mass of which will not exceed 900 kilos will have 3.5-liter with 406 horsepower V6 engine. Jale also noted that "Lotus" so far does not intend to exploit their own power units. "Why do we need to create our own units, spending on this fabulous tool? We can buy the V6 motors from Toyota, -explained the head of "Lotus".

During the next two years, the Brits are going to release an open-hood version of the sports coupe Evora, as well as to update the Exige family. The model will receive a number of stylistic changes and procure 406-strong "six" 3.5.

The same engine will have the new modification of Evora, which will debut in early March at the Geneva Motor Show. Sports car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and its top speed is electronically limited at 300 kilometers per hour.

Ferrari will show new supercar 488 GTB in Geneva

The company Ferrari is planning to present to the public the new model Ferrari 488 GTB at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, which will take place in March,2015. With identified characteristics the car accelerates up to 100 km/h in three seconds and its top speed is 330 kilometers per hour. 

Of course, the hallmark of 488 GTB is the exterior design: the original air intakes, divided into two horizontal splitter. The car had improved aerodynamic performance: reduced air resistance and serious down force. The driver of the Italian "missiles" will be able to enjoy a multi-functional steering wheel, satellite navigation system, as well as very comfortable sport seats.

Aston Martin showed the most extreme Vantage

"Volcano" is the most extreme car in the whole 102-year history of Aston Martin. Differences from conventional GT3 Coupe Vantage are very visible: the whole new body kit, including bumpers, front splitter, skirts, diffuser and wing are highlighted in a bright contrasting color. Sports car will be released in a limited edition of 100 examples. Despite the active struggle with the extra kilos, the manufacturer decided to leave the information and entertainment system with navigation. Inside the Vantage GT3 there is central console which is different from carbon fiber, as well as the upgraded multimedia system and sport seats. The vehicle is made of carbon fiber. 

The car received a further V12 naturally aspirated 6 liter with the of 600 "horses" engine (in standard 573 horsepower), which works with seven level "robot" Graziano. The top speed is 297 km/h in 3,7 seconds. Sports car got an adaptive suspension with upgraded springs and shock absorbers. 

The world premiere of a new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 will take place at the Geneva Motor Show in March of 2015.

Mercedes-AMG GT got a new design

German tuning Company German Special Customs (GSC) has prepared a package of updates for Mercedes-AMG GT sports car. The car had an aerodynamic body kit, which includes modified bumpers, revised side skirts and a massive rear wing. In addition, the sports car contrasts from the old one with the front splitter, a ventilated hood, and new air inlets, aggressive back diffuser and exhaust system. Technical details of the novelty are kept in secret. The standard version of the AMG is equipped with a 4.0-litre GT V8 engine. Motor power of 462 HP and 600Nm of torque. «Charged» version of the sports car Mercedes AMG GT S is equipped with the 4.0-liter gasoline V8 engine with dual turbochargers. Motor power will amount up to 510 horsepower. 

Mercedes AMG GT S got seven level gearbox with double clutch. «Charged» version is equipped with a rear electronic differential. The fast ride also has a sport suspension AMG Ride Control, electronically controlled shock absorbers and three different modes-Comfort, Sport and Sport Plus.

Mercedes-AMG will build a hyper-hybrid

Less than a year that the representatives of Mercedes-AMG GmbH changed their opinion on the need to create a luxury car, challenging the monsters such as McLaren P1. And in spite of the fact that before Tobias Mears, the Senior Manager of sports models of Daimler had negative opinion when he was asked about the flagship development, now he mentioned Porsche with its famous 918 Spyder: "we want the public to see us at the same level as the other German manufacturers of sports cars." For doubters, the head of the sub brand of the new mission clarified that the Mercedes-AMG will bring the racing technology on the public roads. The technical details are not known yet, but probably it will have a gasoline engine, leading rear axle, and two electric motors, rotating front wheels, and the combined impact of the power plant can exceed 1000 HP. 

Once again, Mears urged not to wait for the all-wheel drive version of the Coupe GT Mercedes-AMG.

Cadillac introduced sport sedan CTS-V

Cadillac introduced the CTS-V sport sedan. For the new CTS-V Cadillac engineers redesigned the pressurization for 6.2-liter V8 engine delivers 640 HP (477 kW) and 855 nm of torque. Model engine works in tandem with the 8-speed automatic transmission. The tandem of CTS-V Coupe can accelerate to "hundreds" in less than 4 seconds. Maximum speed of the car is fixed 322 kilometers per hour. Externally, the sedan can be easily distinguished from fellow aggressive front bumper with mesh radiator grille and large air intakes. The model also received a front splitter, vented carbon brakes, extended wings, aerodynamic side skirts and a rear spoiler. You can recognize the CTS-V on the road also from its four exhaust pipes and 19-inch forged aluminum disks with tires Michelin Pilot Super Sport. If the owner of Cadillac wants other stronger capacity, the company would offer a set of CTS-V carbon package with more aggressive front splitter with ventilated rear diffuser, hood and spoiler.
